EFT is a gentle technique and needs no equipment, causes no pain. It is somewhat like acupuncture, however, there are NO needles used for EFT. Acupuncture is based on the Chinese meridian energy system and so is EFT.
EFT uses the tips of the fingers to lightly tap various spots located on the face and body. EFT can also be classified as a simple form of hypnosis because it involves focused concentration i.e. focusing the attention on an issue. i.e. emotional upset, physical discomfort i.e. pain or stressful thought while tapping on the body.
Negative feelings and emotions that are stuck cause a disruption in the body's energy circuits. When these circuits are disrupted or blocked, we do not function at our best. Using EFT helps reduce or relieve and can even remove energetic distress in the body. This can have a profound and pleasant effect on attitude, perception, relationships, creativity, career, sports, abundance and health. Even though, EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques, it has been clinically proven to be effective in treating many things that keep us from having:-
